Corrections, disputes, and removals

Klang Valley Chiropractor Guide is an independent directory of chiropractic practices in the Klang Valley region. Every listing starts with publicly available business information, and every score is calculated from public Google reviews using a single, published rubric applied uniformly across all businesses. Your listing is free. Payment has no effect on your score or ranking. This page explains what you can do if you need to correct details, challenge a score, or ask for your listing to be removed. Fixing listing details

We correct factual fields like your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and list of services when you provide the correct information and back it with evidence. A screenshot of your Google Business Profile, your official website, or similar verification works. Once a correction is applied, it remains in place through future data updates.

Disputing a score

Scores are never hand-edited. A dispute is a claim that the underlying data is wrong: the profile matched to the wrong business, reviews attributed incorrectly, or a summary that misrepresents what reviewers actually wrote. We re-examine the sources and regenerate the listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number. We do not negotiate scores.

Requesting removal

Listings are removed when a business is permanently closed, a duplicate entry, or outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly verification cycle automatically catches and removes listings for closed businesses. An accurate, in-scope listing will not be removed on request, and you will be told why clearly.

How long it takes

Every request gets an acknowledgment within 5 business days. If a removal is confirmed, it is actioned within 7 days. Declined requests come with an explanation.
